Well we are back on-line for now. The DB server had to be replaced and the database for this site (and others) was corrupted. I have hopes to get it all back shortly. Yea, I know. One post from January. That one caused quite an uproar though didn’t it? Oh well………

January 3rd, 2007Sometimes you have to wonder. Is ones insatiable need to have something right now really worth the eventual cost to their psyche when the big box store lets them down again (and again)? It seems that I have fallen into that trap once again and, yes once again, Best Buy has let me down.
Let’s see… What did they do this time? Well of course it is the same thing they always do. Fail in providing Customer Service! They are really good at taking your order, telling you the item is in stock, and that if you pay extra you will receive the item via next day shipping ( which is really 2nd day since it will take a day to process the order. did they fail to mention that to you too?).
